In March last year, I took part in a course to become a professional barista.
During the course, I learned how to set up a coffee grinder, perfect espresso extraction times, tamp and pack coffee into shots, steam milk, and how to prepare silky micro-foam for milk-based coffees, including lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites. Below is a photo of my certificate.
